This site describes Solutions Platform LLC's investment platform to institutional readers. Using it means accepting what follows. If you do not accept it, please do not use the site.

Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, fund, or other financial instrument, and nothing here is an offer in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.

Nothing here is investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation that any strategy, product, or instrument is suitable for you. Suitability depends on circumstances this site knows nothing about. Take your own advice.

Reading this site or writing to us creates no advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship. Access to the client platform is granted only under a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs it.

Every figure and chart shown on this site and in the platform captures is a historical simulation. No capital was at risk, no order was placed, and no position was ever held. The results are reconstructed by applying the platform's process to historical data.

A simulation is not a record of trading. It does not carry the costs, constraints, liquidity, or decisions of a live book, and it is prepared with the benefit of knowing how the period turned out. Past performance, simulated or actual, does not indicate future results.

Where a result is shown, the period, universe, construction, and comparison it was measured against are shown with it. Read them together; a figure lifted out of that context means nothing.

The platform is offered to institutional and professional investors. The site is published on the basis that you are one, or are acting for one. It is not directed at retail investors and is not an invitation to them.

The text, design, drawings, recordings, and software on this site belong to us or to the parties that licensed them to us. You may read the site, and quote a reasonable extract with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it, or use it to build a competing service.

The site is published as it is. We take care to be accurate and we correct what we find, but we do not warrant that every statement is complete, current, or free of error, nor that the site will be available without interruption.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this site, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from an investment decision. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where this site links to somewhere else, we do not control what is there and do not adopt it.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
